How to take care of our business?
Challenge
We needed to create a dynamic and innovative e-learning course that provided essential information for Banco Santander employees. The course had to meet both learning and business goals, ensuring that employees understood the company's compliance policies. It was important to consider different employee profiles and their specific needs while making the content engaging and easy to follow.

Outcome
We developed a unique e-learning course with both mandatory and optional content, allowing employees to engage with relevant topics at their own pace. Learners were assessed throughout the course based on the content they completed.
The course design was inspired by the principles of the "Theory of Phenomena," making learning more intuitive and engaging. While we followed key brand guidelines for the visual identity, we also had creative freedom to incorporate playful elements, reinterpreting the brand’s imagery in a fresh and dynamic way.
To enhance accessibility and engagement, we created content in multiple formats, including teasers, landing pages, e-books, and podcasts, ensuring a rich and interactive learning experience.
Before
Topics addressed in a segmented manner
Traditional e-learning format
Standard engagement levels
After
Transdisciplinary approach to topics
Personalized content and technology
More empathetic experience, leading to higher engagement and identification

Learning
Designing for Different User Profiles – Understanding diverse employee needs helped me create a personalized learning experience that was accessible and engaging for different roles within the company.
Scalability and Flexibility in Learning Experiences – Structuring content in both mandatory and optional formats taught me how to design adaptable solutions that fit different learning styles and engagement levels. Integrating teasers, podcasts, e-books, and interactive assessments showed me how a multi-channel approach enhances user engagement and retention.
