Challenge
As a supermarket chain entering Brazil, Neomarket seeks to integrate technology and innovation into its core business. One of the main challenges is to implement automated checkouts that not only optimize the customer experience and increase operational efficiency, but also consider the social impact of this transformation. It is essential to ensure that the adoption of this technology is inclusive, promoting the training of affected employees and offering alternatives that meet the needs of different consumer profiles, such as those with little technological familiarity or with disabilities.

Learning
Integrating technology with positive social impact: Learning to balance the implementation of advanced technological solutions, such as automated checkouts, with the creation of strategies that minimize negative impacts on employment and encourage the training and reintegration of affected employees.
Inclusive design for user diversity: Developing a deeper understanding of how to create accessible interfaces and experiences for diverse user profiles, considering factors such as technological familiarity, physical or cognitive barriers, and cultural preferences.
Managing change in sociocultural contexts: Acquiring skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating benefits and mitigating resistance. This includes learning to adapt solutions to meet social expectations in a new market.
